Ross has more than 25 years of real estate experience in five countries. He has been (and still is) in the luxury rental business in Spain. Having lived in downtown Merida and the surrounding areas for 11 years, Ross has an intimate knowledge of the Merida real estate market where he has bought and resold dozens of houses for both himself and clients.
Ross’ extensive sales experience, combined with intuition and hard work, make searching and purchasing real estate in Merida an enjoyable and fruitful experience for his clients. He is adept at guiding future purchasers through the entire buying process and providing contacts, estimates or whatever is needed to expedite the sales process. Ross also has considerable experience in the antiques and design world – an advantage that brings his clients creative architectural and design ideas, helping them to realize the potential of a particular property.
Many of Ross’ clients become friends, and he is always happy to provide them with any and all of his expertise as they move forward with their new life in the Merida area.
