This house has a fantastic location on a beautiful and quiet street only two blocks from the Santiago Park, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the historic Center of the city. The original colonial facade can easily be restored, since the house was used in recent times as store.
The house consist of three rows of rooms. The first one and oldest has high ceilings with the typical iron and wooden beams and is divided through a nonstructural wall that can be removed to recover the original space.
