Born in Campeche and resident of Merida since 2017, Luis offers the perspective of having experience in the administrative and financial operations of a large construction company as well as holding a degree in business administration. In 2022, Luis completed a post graduate 1-year certificate in real estate valuation to add to his general knowledge as well as for career preparedness. Together with 8 years´ prior experience managing the daily operations of a small chain of gyms, it was a natural choice to use his knowledge and past work experience together with his love of real estate to transfer his activities to the home management sector. Luis presently offers not only house management but can offer different types of rental schemes with their appropriate rental valuations as well as help with setting up a new property (arranging and coordinating furnishings, minor construction, utilities etc); altogether his goal is give owners peace of mind and confidance that their property is receiving the best possible care.
