For the first time in almost 40 years one of Merida’s most emblematic buildings is ready for a new owner. Presently, the hotel is still operating and on weekends there are cocktail evenings open to the general public in the second floor salon and roof terraces. This property is being sold with all licenses (see below) up to date and with the vast majority of the mostly antique furnishings so that the new owner could seamlessly continue the operation, if so desired.
